Refurbished laptops can cut hardware costs significantly for an office rollout — but “refurbished” covers everything from properly graded and tested units to someone’s returned stock with a wipe and a wipe-down. If you’re buying for a team rather than yourself, a few checks before you order save you from finding out the difference the hard way.
Ask how it was graded and tested
“Refurbished” should mean the unit went through an actual hardware check, not just a reset. Ask what was tested — keyboard, screen, ports, storage health — and whether units are graded so you know what condition you’re actually paying for. A seller who can answer this specifically, rather than with “it’s been checked,” is one worth buying from.
Battery health matters as much as the CPU
A refurbished laptop with a strong processor and a battery that holds 40 minutes of charge is not a good deal for someone who works away from a desk. Battery health degrades independently of everything else in the machine, so it needs its own check, not an assumption that the rest of the unit passing means the battery did too.
Service history and warranty support
A unit with a service history — a record of what was checked, replaced, or repaired before resale — gives you accountability a bare “as-is” sale doesn’t. Just as important: who do you call if something goes wrong in month two? Buying from a seller who also handles repair means warranty support and troubleshooting go through the same team that sold you the machine, instead of becoming your problem to solve alone.
GST invoicing, for your own paperwork
For a corporate order, a proper GST invoice isn’t optional — it’s what your accounts team needs to book the purchase correctly. Confirm this before ordering, not after, especially for a bulk order across multiple units.
We deal in new and refurbished laptops and desktops across Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and Microsoft, each hardware- and battery-checked before it ships, with GST invoicing and pan-India delivery. Our Sales page has the full range, or send us your headcount for a bulk quote.
